Installation
Installation requires fine soldering skills and a fine-tip soldering iron. The reference design uses a connection to the decoder PCB and another to the wiring harness. Check the fitting instructions and decoder layout carefully before soldering. Switch off and disconnect power before installation.

Suitable: Hornby R8249 8-pin DCC decoders and Hornby TTS decoder modules.
Not suitable: Hornby 6-pin decoders, decoders from other manufacturers, or newer Hornby Bluetooth decoders with a white PCB. Confirm the exact decoder model before ordering.
