Connect this unit to your points, and it will deliver a knock-out punch of energy from its huge twin capacitors, ensuring your points switch reliably every time.

This capacitor discharge unit (CDU) is suitable for most standard-sized layouts switching one or two-point motors simultaneously.

Need even more power? Our Tyson Xtra version is perfect for larger layouts, switching multiple point motor solenoids at once. For example route setting in a storage yard, or for Peco point motors with multiple switches fitted.

Fitted with an automatic discharge function which will discharge the capacitors once the power is removed.
